We make reasonable efforts to display our products and colors accurately. We cannot guarantee that your device’s display will be an exact representation.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer, and to refuse any order you place with us.

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

All payments are processed securely through our selected payment providers. We are not responsible for errors caused by third-party payment processors.

We may cancel or refuse any order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized use, or violation of these Terms.

5. Shipping & Fulfillment

We partner with Printful and other fulfillment providers to print, pack, and ship orders. Production and shipping times provided on our Site are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors are outside of our control.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Because our products are made to order, returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please contact us at support@godwinapparel.com with photos and your order number within the timeframe stated in our Return & Refund Policy so we can review and assist.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including logos, designs, graphics, text, and imagery, is owned by or licensed to Godwin Apparel and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
