Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Godwin Apparel. Each item is made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Returns & Exchanges

Since all products are custom made upon order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

Please review all product descriptions, sizing charts, and color options before completing your purchase.


2. Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.

To start a claim, email:
support@godwinapparel.com

Include the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or misprinted item
  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost or a refund will be issued, depending on the situation.


3. Wrong Address or Unclaimed Packages

If an order is returned to our fulfillment center due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order to the correct address.

We are not responsible for packages lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued for:

  • Verified damaged or defective items
  • Orders lost in transit (as confirmed by the carrier)
  • Items returned to sender due to production errors

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once approved. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for funds to appear in your account.


5. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before production begins. Once an order has been sent to fulfillment, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@godwinapparel.com.


6. Returns Without Authorization

Please do not send items back to the return address on your package. The fulfillment center does not accept unauthorized returns. Contact us first to determine eligibility and receive return instructions if applicable.


7. International Orders

We do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with photos and details so we can assist accordingly.
