Thank you for shopping with Godwin Apparel. We work with trusted fulfillment partners to ensure your order is produced, packed, and delivered efficiently. Please review the following shipping details before placing your order.
Order Processing
All products are made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking information once it ships.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–20 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery address, order size, and product type. We do not mark up shipping — rates are set directly by our fulfillment partners.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please:
- Verify your shipping address
- Check with neighbors or your local post office
- Wait 2–3 business days (sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early)
If the issue persists, contact us at support@godwinapparel.com, and we’ll work with Printful and the carrier to resolve it.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. If an address error results in a return or failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
International Orders
Customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply to international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
